Red Mountain Capital Partners ("RMCP") is founded by former Goldman Sachs Partner Will Mesdag and colleague Chris Teets.

We formed Red Mountain Capital Advisors ("RMCA") to address the void we saw and brought on former colleague and M&A specialist Craig Collar.
In 2022, we launched our advisory business RMCA to help a broader set of clients leverage our financial and dealmaking expertise to enhance and realize value during transformational periods.
