Craig Collar is a Co-Founder and Partner of Red Mountain Capital Advisors LLC and its wholly-owned broker-dealer, Red Mountain Securities LLC.
During his financial services career, Mr. Collar has worked with a variety of companies helping them with their strategic and financial issues with a focus on strategic and tactical advice through all stages of M&A, financing and restructuring situations.
Prior to founding RMCA, Mr. Collar was a Managing Director at boutique advisory firm, Threadstone Advisors LLC. Previously, Mr. Collar was a Managing Director and Head of West Coast Regional Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan where he worked with the bank’s middle market clients across a variety of industries. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Collar was a Partner at Raine, a boutique merchant bank focused on the media and technology industries. At Raine, Mr. Collar headed the firm’s M&A practice and sat on the firm’s investment committee. Prior to Raine, Mr. Collar was a Managing Director and head of West Coast Media & Communications at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Collar started his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he was a member of the Merger Leadership and Technology, Media & Telecommunications groups. He has worked in Los Angeles, New York and London.
He graduated from Stanford Graduate School of Business and Stanford Law School with a J.D./M.B.A. and an Arjay Miller Scholar (top 10% of class). Mr. Collar also received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy (West Point) where he was a Distinguished Graduate (top 5% of class). At West Point, Mr. Collar was elected by his peers as the Chairman of the Cadet Honor Committee.
Mr. Collar holds the Series 24, 7, 79 and 63 licenses with FINRA. He is also a member of the State Bar of California.
Carlee Fugate is a Co-Founder and Partner of Red Mountain Capital Advisors LLC.
Prior to founding RMCA, Carlee was the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investor Relations at Red Mountain Capital Partners, an investment management firm that invested in small cap public companies and adds value through constructive engagement with management teams and boards, a position she has held since 2013. Before Joining Red Mountain, she was an Operations Associate at Imperial Capital LLC a full-service investment bank based in Los Angeles.

Chris Teets is a Co-Founder and Partner of Red Mountain Capital Advisors LLC. Mr. Teets is also a founding partner of Red Mountain Capital Partners LLC, an investment management firm that historically invested in small cap public and private companies adding value through constructive, hands-on engagement with management teams and boards. Before founding Red Mountain, Mr. Teets was a Vice President in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Prior to Goldman, Mr. Teets worked in the investment banking division of Citigroup.
Mr. Teets serves as a director of Air Transport Services Group Inc. where he chairs the compensation committee and Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. where he was formerly Chairman of the Board and currently chairs the audit committee. Mr. Teets also serves on the board of privately held Intrinsic LLC. Mr. Teets previously served as a director of Marlin Business Services Inc, Encore Capital Group, Inc., Affirmative Insurance Holdings, Inc. and Yuma Energy Inc. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Occidental College and an MSc degree from the London School of Economics.
Chris Pibl is an Associate at Red Mountain Capital Advisors, based in their Denver office. Prior to joining Red Mountain, Chris worked on the Private Debt team at Barings Investment Management in New York, where he analyzed investment opportunities, performed financial due diligence, and managed deal processes for private debt investments in financial sponsor-backed transactions.
Prior to Barings, Chris started his career in the Leveraged & Sponsor Finance group at Capital One where he executed leveraged loan and high-yield debt transactions for public, private, and sponsor-backed borrowers in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services and Diversified Industries teams. Chris received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University.

Jeff Wilson is an Associate at Red Mountain Capital Advisors, based in their Los Angeles office. Prior to joining Red Mountain, he worked on the healthcare transactions team at Sun Capital Partners in New York where he analyzed investment opportunities, performed financial due diligence, and managed deal processes. Additionally, he served as a Pilot in the U.S. Air Force for over 13 years, where he flew 270 combat missions over 7 deployments, and worked as an Airpower Strategist at The Pentagon.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Space Operations from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Joel Feldmann has a lengthy, distinguished career in the financial services industry. He has a wide range of experiences across debt financing, capital markets, venture capital, board membership, and entrepreneurship.
He is currently Co-founder and Advisory Director of a Denver-based Search fund. He is a Retired Managing Director in the debt capital markets group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he was responsible for working with clients in the western U.S. region to originate financing transactions.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Mr. Feldmann was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he ran the leveraged finance and financial sponsor coverage teams for Europe and Asia. Prior to BAML, he was a Managing Director in the acquisition finance group at Morgan Stanley. Earlier in his career, Joel worked at Citicorp in the high yield group. He also worked at Citicorp Venture Capital and at the former Bankers Trust Company in the acquisition and structured finance group.
Mr. Feldmann currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of 6 private companies, as well as the University of Chicago’s Booth Graduate School of Business Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) Program.
Joel is also an Adjunct Professor in the Daniels College of Business at The University of Denver.
Joel received a B.S. from Miami University (Ohio) and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth Graduate School of Business.

Will is the Managing Partner of Red Mountain Capital Partners, an investment firm, and a Senior Advisor to HPS Investment Partners, where he focuses on governance, management assessment and compensation, strategic direction, capital allocation, margin enhancement and exit alternatives for HPS portfolio companies.
Will was previously a Partner and Managing Director of Goldman Sachs where he worked in New York, London, Frankfurt and Los Angeles in the Fixed Income and Investment Banking Divisions. He was a founder of Goldman’s debt capital markets, asset securitization and European financial institutions businesses, and led its U.S. West and German region investment banking businesses. Prior to joining Goldman in 1981, he was a securities lawyer with Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll. He received his B.A. from Northwestern University in 1974 and his J.D. from the Cornell Law School in 1978.
Will serves or has served on the boards of eight public companies, including Heidrick & Struggles (professional services), Destination XL (retail), Encore Capital (financial services), Cost Plus (retail), Nature’s Sunshine Products (retail), Yuma Energy (energy), 3i (financial services) and Skandia (financial services) and five private companies, including Estrella Media (media), Acra Lending (financial services), Abcentra (biotech), Davis Petroleum (energy), and Intrinsic LLC (financial services). He also serves on the board and investment committee of the Equity Alliance, a fund-of-funds that invests in diverse, emerging venture capital fund managers with a focus on people of color and women.
Will also serves on the board of the Aspen Music Festival and School, and previously served on the boards of the Pacific Council on International Policy, Scripps College, the Harvard-Westlake School, the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art, the Paley Center for Media and the California Institute of the Arts. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Art Reimers is a social impact investor who advises entrepreneurs working to solve society’s most pressing issues at scale. In this capacity he serves as investor, coach, mentor and advisor to both companies and their leaders. He is an Adjunct Instructor at Miami University.
He has been a Venture Partner with Draper Richards Kaplan and an Executive-in-Residence with the New Profit Foundation, where he assisted both organizations’ work with high potential social entrepreneurs, while also advising a number of startup social ventures. Art also served as special advisor to candidate Mike Johnson’s campaign for Governor of Colorado. Previously, Art was a Senior Fellow at Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative and an entrepreneur-in-residence at Harvard’s iLab.
After earning an M.B.A. with honors from Harvard Business School, Art began his career with Goldman Sachs, where he was ultimately elected Partner & Managing Director. At Goldman Sachs, Art served as Head of M&A for Europe and Global co-Head of Healthcare before returning to become a growth capital investor in innovative companies in the natural foods and consumer products categories.
Art lives in Colorado with his wife Lindsay and enjoys anything adventuresome, especially with his seven grandchildren. In addition to service on a number of mission-driven boards and advisories, Art is a Trustee of the Nature Conservancy of Colorado.
